Sparvol Publish Privacy Policy
Sparvol Publish Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This policy explains what Sparvol Publish ("Publish", "we", "us"), made by Sparvol, does with your information. Publish is a tool that uploads videos you choose to your own YouTube channel, Instagram account and TikTok account.
1. What we access
-
Google / YouTube: when you connect YouTube, you sign in with Google and allow Publish to upload videos to your channel (
youtube.upload) and read basic channel details such as the channel name, so we can show which channel is connected (youtube.readonly). - Instagram / Meta: when you connect Instagram, you allow Publish to read your Instagram professional account's basic profile (ID and username) and to publish Reels to it.
-
TikTok: when you connect TikTok, you sign in with TikTok and allow Publish to read your basic profile (your account ID, display name and profile picture,
user.info.basic) so we can show which account is connected, to upload videos to your account (video.upload), and to post the videos you approve to it (video.publish). Before each post we also ask TikTok which privacy options and interaction settings your account allows, so you can choose them. - Your videos and post text: the video files, cover images, titles, descriptions and captions you choose to post.
- License details: the email address and order number you used to buy Publish, so we can confirm your subscription.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to do what you ask: upload and publish the videos you approve, with the text and cover you approve, to the accounts you connected, and to check that your subscription is active. We do not post anything you have not approved. We do not read your other videos, comments, messages or analytics.
3. Where it is stored
- Sign-in keys (access and refresh tokens) are stored on your own computer, in its built-in secure storage (the Keychain on Mac, and encryption tied to your Windows login on Windows). They are not stored on our servers. When a sign-in key has to be exchanged or refreshed with Google, Meta or TikTok, the request passes through our server without being saved. The one exception: right after you connect Instagram or TikTok, the new sign-in is held privately on our server for up to 10 minutes until your computer collects it, then deleted.
- Videos for Instagram: Instagram fetches videos from a web link, so a copy of the video and cover is placed in our private cloud storage for the few minutes it takes Instagram to fetch it, behind a short-lived private link. We delete it as soon as the post finishes, and any copy left over is deleted within 24 hours.
- YouTube and TikTok uploads go straight from your computer to YouTube or TikTok.
- License details are kept on our server for as long as your subscription is active, plus the time the law requires us to keep purchase records.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Your videos and text are sent only to the platform you chose (YouTube, Instagram or TikTok). Our service providers (cloud hosting and storage, and Shopify for payments) process data only to run the service for us.
5. Google user data
Publish's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train AI models, and no person reads it unless you ask us for help with a specific problem and give permission.
Publish uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Publish's access to your Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
6. AI-written text
Titles, descriptions and captions are written by Claude, the AI assistant you run on your own computer under your own Anthropic account. Your transcripts and video frames are handled by Claude under your agreement with Anthropic. Publish does not send your Google, Instagram or TikTok account data to Claude.
7. Your choices and deleting your data
- Disconnect a platform inside Publish. This removes its sign-in keys from your computer.
- Remove access from your Google account or your Instagram settings (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites), or in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions).
- Ask us to delete your license details by following the steps on our data deletion page.
8. Security
Sign-in keys stay on your device. All traffic uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Staged videos are kept private and deleted after posting.
9. Children
Publish is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will tell you by email.
